LAZARUS CHAKWERA In our commitment to recognizing leaders around the continent making impact and causing change for the good of young people and the masses , the board of YDUA decided to pay a courtesy call on HE Dr Chakwera and to confer on him a VISIONARY LEADERSHIP award for his work towards food security and rule of law in Malawi .
